1. Shipping Coverage
Tannery Heritage ships wholesale orders worldwide. We partner with DHL Express and FedEx International Priority for reliable delivery.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Wholesale orders over GBP 2,000 may qualify for discounted shipping rates.
4. Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive tracking information via email within 24 hours of dispatch.
5. Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices.
We provide all necessary export documentation including commercial invoices and certificates of origin.
6. Shipping Insurance
All orders are fully insured during transit at no additional cost. Coverage includes:
- Loss during shipping
- Damage during handling
- Theft or non-delivery
Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery (for damage) or 14 days of expected delivery date (for non-delivery).
7. Delivery Confirmation
Signature is required for all wholesale orders. If no one is available, the carrier will attempt redelivery or hold at a local facility.
8. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe:
- Contact us with your order number
- We will investigate with the carrier
- For lost shipments, we will reship or refund at your preference
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, customs delays, carrier strikes, or government actions.
