Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all wholesale orders placed through Tannery Heritage. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Production: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation, provided production has not commenced. A full refund will be issued.

After Production Starts: Once production begins, cancellation is not possible. Production typically begins within 1-2 business days of order confirmation and payment receipt.

2. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Items with clear manufacturing defects not caused by handling or use
  • Shipping Damage: Items damaged during transit (must be reported within 48 hours with photos)
  • Incorrect Items: Items that do not match your order specifications

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order
  2. Provide order number and detailed description with photographs
  3. Await our inspection and approval
  4. Ship the item back using our provided return label

4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Bank processing may add 3-5 additional days

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Minor variations in leather texture or colour (natural characteristics)
  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • Items returned after 14 days from delivery

6. B2B Wholesale Terms

Minimum Order: GBP 500 for first orders; GBP 300 for repeat orders

Restocking Fee: 15% applies to approved returns of non-defective items

7. Payment Disputes

Please contact us directly before initiating payment disputes. We resolve issues within 48 hours.

Chargebacks for delivered goods without prior contact may result in collection proceedings.
