3. Ordering Process

  2. Quote Approval: Review and approve our quotation
  3. Order Confirmation: Receive written order confirmation
  4. Payment: Full payment or deposit as agreed
  5. Production: Begins after payment confirmation
  6. Dispatch: Items shipped upon completion and final payment

4. B2B Wholesale Terms

Minimum Order Value: GBP 500 for first orders; GBP 300 for repeat orders

Payment Terms: 100% payment before dispatch for new customers. Established accounts may qualify for Net 30 terms upon approval.

Lead Times: Standard production 10-20 business days depending on order complexity and volume.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated
  • Prices exclude VAT, customs duties, and shipping
  • Quotes are valid for 14 days

For private label orders, customers retain rights to their own brand elements and designs.

8. Customer Responsibilities

As a wholesale customer, you agree to:

9. Limitation of Liability
